Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Full Talktime at fulltalktime.com (the “Service”), operated by Full Talktime. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Full Talktime lets you compose a short SMS-style message in the browser and share it through a private web link. It does not send real SMS, place phone calls, or guarantee that any particular person will receive or open a link. Delivery depends on how you share the link (for example by pasting it into another app).
Handset themes and interface details are fictional nostalgia. Full Talktime is not affiliated with any handset maker or mobile carrier.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for what you write and for whom you share links with.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate anyone;
- share illegal content, including sexual exploitation or abuse material;
- phish, scam, spam, or trick people into visiting other sites;
- collect or disclose someone’s personal data without a lawful basis;
- bypass safety controls (including by obfuscating web addresses in message text);
- probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
Web addresses are removed from message text when a message is created. Trying to smuggle links past that filter may be treated as abuse.
Links and expiry
Message links expire after 3 days. After expiry, the message is no longer available. Anyone who has the link while it is valid may open it, including people you did not intend if the link is forwarded.
We may pause new message creation, remove abusive content, or restrict access when we believe it is necessary for safety or to protect the Service. We do not promise continuous availability or that a shared link will reach any recipient.
Reports and enforcement
Recipients can report messages from within the product. You can also contact us as described on the Contact page. We may review reports and take action we consider appropriate. We do not guarantee a specific response time or outcome for every report.
Reported material may be retained for up to 7 days after the message expires for investigation, then deleted.
No professional advice
The Service is for entertainment and nostalgia only. It is not legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Talktime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of short-lived anonymous links or the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
